外科微创封堵室间隔缺损的手术配合

Surgical cooperation of minimally invasive occluding ventricular septal defect

目的:总结外科微创封堵室间隔缺损(ventricular septal defect,VSD)的手术护理配合经验。方法:2011年3～4月对25例VSD患儿在经食管超声心动图辅助下行非体外循环下外科微创封堵术。结果:25例患儿均顺利完成手术,未输血,无手术中和手术后严重并发症,手术时间1～1.5 h。结论:外科微创封堵VSD较传统外科手术切口美观、不需要体外循环、创伤小、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、缩短了住院时间;与内科介入治疗相比,不受X线辐射,适应范围广,术后远期心律失常发生率低。掌握手术配合方法可以提高手术护理效率,进一步缩短手术时间,以确保手术顺利进行。

Objective：To summarize the experience of nursing cooperation in surgical minimally invasive occluding ventricular septal defect（VSD）.Methods：25 cases of VSD were performed surgical minimally invasive occlusion in assistance of transesophageal echocardiogram（TEE） during March-April 2011.Results：All 25 cases were smoothly completed the operation without blood transfusion and intraoperative and postoperative severe complications.The operation time was 1～1.5 h.Conclusion：Compared with the traditional operation,surgical minimally invasive occluding VSD has beautiful incision without CPB,with less trauma,postoperative light pain,quick recovery and short hospitalization time.Compared with intervention treatment of internal medicine,this surgery is not affected by X-ray radiation with wide adaption range,low incidence of arrhythmia in postoperative long-term.Grasping operation cooperation measures can improve the efficiency of nursing,further shorten the operation time and ensure operation to be smoothly performed.
