摘要
目的:通过对男护生临床工作中有可能出现的心理压力的分析,探索对男护生如何进行疏导性带教。方法:对照组采用常规带教方法不给予心理疏导,干预组通过调查问卷发现问题,有针对性的进行职业教育,心理疏导。结果:两组在临床工作中的表现差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:正确引导男护生顺利进入临床角色,培养一批男护士,为护理工作发挥独特的作用。
Objective:To explore how to carry out the persuasive nursing teaching by analyzing the possible psychological pressure arisen from clinical work in male nursing students.Methods:The control group was given the conventional teaching methods without providing psychological counseling.But in the intervention group,the problems were found through questionnaires and given the targeted vocational education and psychological counseling.Results:The performance of clinical work in the two groups had significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Correctly guiding the male nursing students to successfully enter the clinical role and training a group of retaining male nurses play the unique role for nursing work.
