置TCu380A IUD妇女血清及宫腔冲洗液iNOS、VEGF浓度的动态观察

摘要 目的观察节育器妇女血清及宫腔冲洗液诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的浓度变化规律,研究对其全身和宫腔局部微环境产生的影响。方法收集30例自愿放置TCu380A IUD妇女,于置器前、置器后1月、3月、6月、12月月经干净的3-7天抽收集血清和宫腔冲洗液,检测iNOS、VEGF浓度。结果置器前后血清iN-OS、VEGF浓度变化差异无显著性(P>0.05)。置器后宫腔冲洗液iNOS、VEGF浓度在置器后1个月较置器前升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05),iNOS浓度在1个月达峰,而VEGF浓度在3个月达峰。结论置CuIUD对血清iNOS、VEGF浓度无显著影响而对宫腔冲洗液iNOS、VEGF浓度有影响,两者的动态变化规律并不同步,但可能有一定联系。 Objective:To study the base variation regulation of iNOS,VEGF develepment concentration in serum and rinse solution of uterus in women with TCu380AIUD inserted.Methods:30 cases of serum and rinse solution were collected before inserted and after 1 month,3 month,6 month,12 month during the interval between 3-7days after menstrul over.iNOS,VEGF concentration was detected respectively.Results:There was no signiaficant difference of iNOS,VEGF concentration in serum between before IUD inserted and after IUD inserted(P0.05).There was signiaficant difference of VEGF,iNOS concentration in rinse solution of uterus between 1 month after IUD inserted and before IUD inserted(P0.05).VEGF concentration got to its peak at 3 months after insertion and iNOS concentration got to its peak at 1 month after insertion.Conclusion: Inserted IUD has effect on iNOS,VEGF concentration variation in rinse solution of uterus and has no signiaficant effect on iNOS,VEGF concentration variation in serum.Variation regulation may have relation to each other but was not synchronic.
