1型糖尿病自身免疫机制新进展
摘要
现代研究表明,1型糖尿病是由T淋巴细胞介导的,多种因素共同参与的一种器官特异性自身免疫性疾病。1型糖尿病的发病前期存在胰岛炎,当出现糖尿病症状时,80%的胰岛β细胞已经被破坏[1]。作为炎症过程的重要调节因子一细胞因子与胰岛β细胞凋亡密切相关[2]。
