新型研究生教学模式在工程管理学课程的实践

摘要 随着社会和教育的发展,传统的教学模式已不适应当前的研究生教学。在当前的形势下,如何加大建设研究生课程的教学改革力度,更新教学观念,在有限的学时内最大限度地改善教学效果,已成为一个重要课题。本文针对工程管理课程的特点和要求,提出教学互动、主旨演讲和案例分析这三种教学模式并在此课程的教学过程中予以演练,取得了很好的效果,具有推广的意义和价值。 With the development of the society and education, the traditional teaching mode is no longer meet the need of the current post-graduate teaching. In this situation, how to increase the effects of the teaching reform, update the concept of teaching, maximize the teaching effects in the limited hours has became an important topics. We proposed three teaching modes named interactive teaching, keynote speech and case studies based on the characteristics and requirement of the course. We have practiced in the teaching process of the course of the project management and have achieved good results, it is significant and valuable to popularize them.
