本文在分析大类招生的特点、必要性的基础上，提出了适应市场需求变化的“全程弹性”课程体系的，将该课程体构建为四个阶段，每个阶段都进行弹性课程设置，并及时接收企业及高职人才的信息反馈，对该课程体系做出弹性优化。

By analysing the characteristic and feasibility of large class enrollment, in order to meet society requirement, the paper puts forward a whole process flexible course system. The system has been divided into four stages. Every stage embodys the flexibility. This course system also receives the feeds back from the professional technicians, and uses them to optimize itself.
