For the disadvantages of positive teaching, this paper proposed reverse teaching. It pointed out that the reverse teaching were suitable for use in graduate courses and analyzed the two advantages of using reverse teaching： Enable students to effectively integrate the knowledge and graduate students can master the tacit knowledge. Take ＂Statistics for Managers＂ as an example, explained how to carry out reverse teaching in graduate courses.
