城市轨道交通运营管理的中心工作体现在列车运行的组织，本文结合广州地铁、上海地铁、深圳地铁的运营情况和工作实际，对地铁运营中的行车指挥体系，正常情况下的行车组织，非正常情况下的行车组织和列车运行调整等进行了论述。

Urban rail transit operating management of the work embodied in the organization of train operation. Combined with operations and aetuai work situations of Guangzhou Metro, Shanghai Metro and Shenzhen Metro, this paper discussed the subway operations command system, the organization under normal circumstances, the organization and adjusanent of train operation under abnormal circumstances.
