后进生是学校存在的一种群体，也是教师教学中需要关注的重要教学群体，如何改进他们，这需要我们发现后进生的闪光点、因势利导，让他们有独特的学习方法，浓厚的学习兴趣和开阔的视野。
The underachiever is a school existence population body, also the important teaching community which the teachers need to pay attention in the teaching, how to improve them, this requires that we discover underachiever＇s flashing temperature, adroitly guides action according to circumstances, let them open student field of vision by the unique study method, strong study interest.
