摘要 随着我国幼教事业的发展,幼儿固如雨后春笋般涌现,幼儿园新教师的数量急剧攀增,甚至大批非幼师专业的人才也加入幼教大军中.面对这些幼儿因新教师亟需专业知识和实践经验的现状,本文通过对幼儿园新教师的剖析,针对实践中存在的问题对幼儿园新教师的专业成长问题进行了有益的思考,以期对新入园教师提供有效地帮助。 In the development of preschool education of China, theft're so many kindergartens and a large number of new hands including someone whose major isn't preschool education. These new hands need professional knowledge and experience instantly. In this article, according to the questions that exists in the reality, some methods arc brought to help the new hands of kindergarten effectively.
