缄默知识作为评价教师专业水平的重要依据,对教学实践中教师教学行为产生重要影响.本文通过分析缄默知识的特性和内隐学习过程.提出了如何运用信息技术促进教师获得缄默知识的策略.
Tacit knowledge as evaluation teachers' professional level have an important impact onteacher's teaching behavior in class. The author puts forward how to apply information technology to promote teachers get tacit knowledge strategy, by analyzing the characteristics of tacit knowledge and implicit learning process.
