高职医学专业工学结合模式下儿科临床教学的成效分析 被引量:2

The Effect Analysis of Paediatric Clinical Teaching in the Work-Learning Mode of Higher Vocational Education of Medical Specialities

摘要 本文通过对两组学生两次考试成绩进行分析,并对学生和老师进行问卷调查和座谈,证明:在高职高专医学专业工学结合模式下儿科临床教学的改革中,只有早期接触临床、采用工学结合的教育模式、不断提高临床教师教学水平,才能更好地适应医学高职教育的需要,培养面向基层的高素质实用型卫生人才. Methods: We selected 303 students of clinic majors of 2007 grade of three-year collegeand divided them into two groups: traditional teaching group and clinical learning group that is a teaching reform group. We analyzed two exams performance of each group, conducted questionnaire survey and symposia among students and their teachers in the clinical learning group. Results:the tradition group performce was better than the clinical group in the paediatric theory exams, and there was no difference in the case analysis exams, and the students of clinical learning group (teaching reform group) were more capable of interpersonal communication, vocational accomplishment and adaptability of society than the traditional teaching group. Conclusion: measures of the continuous improvement of clinical teachers' teaching performance, the teaching mode of early clinical contact and intergration of work-learning, were more capable of meeting the needs of higher vocational medical education and educating base-oriented, high-qualified and applied talents in the teaching reform of higher vocational education of medical specialities
