摘要
目的:了解产科护士共情能力及工作家庭冲突现状,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法:通过方便取样法抽取湖南省长沙、株洲、衡阳三市城区医院426名产科护士,采用一般资料问卷、人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)、工作家庭冲突量表进行调查。结果:产科护士共情能力均分为(54.99±0.42)分,工作家庭冲突得分为(53.62±0.48)分,提示产科护士共情能力与家庭工作冲突均处于中等水平;两者呈负相关(P<0.05),基于时间、压力的工作-家庭冲突及基于压力、行为的家庭-工作冲突对共情能力影响最大。结论:产科护士共情能力与工作家庭冲突存在负相关关系,护理管理者应关注护士工作家庭冲突对共情能力的潜在影响,采取有效措施,降低其工作家庭冲突水平,提高产科护士的共情能力,从而进一步提高护理质量。
Objective: To understand obstetric nurses' empathy ability and Work Interference with Family and the potential correlation between the two variables. Methods:426 obstetric nurses involved in the study. A self-developed questionnaire was adopted in the study which also included Interpersonal Reactivity Index for china(IRI-C) and Work Interference with Family scale. Results: The average score for IRI-C was 54.99 ±0.42 and for Work Interference with Family was 53.62±0.48. The empathy attitude was negatively correlated with Work Interference with Family in obstetric nurses (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Work Interference with Family could have negative impact on empathy attitude in obstetric nurses. Reducing obstetric nurses' Work Interference with Family could promote their empathy attitude;Actions should be taken by Nursing administrators to reduce Work Interference with Family among obstetric nurses which may enhance their empathy attitude.
