护理人员对患者安全认知、行为及培训需求调查分析

A Study of the awareness of patient safety culture in nursing staff

目的:①了解护理人员对患者安全文化的认识、接受患者安全相关教育及其实施安全护理行为的现状;②了解护理人员对患者安全文化相关培训的需求。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,对193名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:①护理人员对安全文化的认知总体上处于较高水平,但其接受安全相关教育及其实施安全护理行为的现状得分总体上处于中等水平。②67%的护理人员认为很有必要对护理人员开展安全相关的培训。结论:医疗机构应该积极开展针对护理人员的患者安全培训,提高护理人员对安全文化的认识水平,构建安全文化氛围,提高护理安全管理的效率。

Objectives： To understand the awareness of patient safety culture among staff nurses, the level of their acceptance of patient safety-related education and the status of implementation; to explore if there is a need for nurses to have patient-safety training. Methods： A convenience sample of 193 nurses involved in the questionnaire survey. Results： The awareness level of safety culture was relatively high among staff nurses, but their acceptance and implementation of safety-related education were at medium level among the overall scores. The majority （67%） of nurses believed that it is necessary for nursing staffto attend safety-related training. Conclusion： Health care facilities should provide patient safety training course for staff nurses to improve patient safety and raise the awareness of patient safety culture.
