摘要
目的建立舒肝降黄颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中大黄、黄芪进行定性鉴别;采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了方中君药大黄中大黄素的含量。结果薄层鉴别专属性强;大黄素在0.098~0.558μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系。大黄素平均回收率100.89%,RSD=2.49%。结论该法快速、简便、准确、重现性好,可用于控制舒肝降黄颗粒的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Shuganjianghuang Granules.Methods Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei and Radix Astragali in this medicine were identified by TLC.The total contents of emodin were determined by double wavelength TLC-scanning.Results The qualitative identification with TLC was specific.The methodological study showed a good linear relationship at rang of 0.098~0.558μg.The average recover of emodin was 100.89%,RSD = 2.49%.Conclusion The methods are simple rapid accurate and reliable,and can be used for quality control of Shuganjianghuang Granules.
