针灸合温阳益气利水治疗癌症术后尿潴留35例

Treatment of Postoperative Uroschesis in Patients with Malignat Tumor by Acupuncture and Moxibustion Plus WenYangYi Gas and Water Decoction

目的探讨针灸合温阳益气利水中药治疗恶性肿瘤术后尿潴留的疗效。方法 35例符合诊断标准的尿潴留患者,给予针灸结合服用温阳益气利水中药,每日1剂,7d为1个疗程。治疗后评价疗效。结果按疗效标准评估,结果:显效13例(37.1%),有效22例(62.9%),总有效率100%。最短治愈时间5d,最长治愈时间为14d。结论针灸合温阳益气利水中药治疗恶性肿瘤术后尿潴留有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion plus WenYangYi gas and water decoction for postoperative uroschesis in patients with malignat tumor.Methods 35patients with postoperative uroschesis accorded with the diagnostic criteria,received acupuncture and moxibustion and meanwhile received WenYangYi gas and water decoction,daily a dose,for 7days.To value the clinical efficacy before and after treatment.Results According to the efficacy criteria,among the patients treated with acupuncture and moxibustion plus WenYangYi gas and water decoction：13 cases（37.1%） were effected,22 cases（62.9%） were significant effected.The total efficiency rate is 100%.The shortest time of cure was 5 days;the longest was 14 days.Conclusion Treatment of Postoperative Uroschesis in patients with malignat tumor by Acupuncture and moxibustion Plus WenYangYi gas and water Decoction showed clinical effectiveness.
