随着医学、医疗环境的发展变化,人们强烈期望培养出对生命具有高度的崇敬观念,能站在病人立场上进行诊断治疗的"优秀医师",因而对医学教育的质量提出了越来越高的要求。毕业实习是医学院校后期教学的重要环节,是综合培养和训练学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,促使学生理论联系实际,巩固医药基础知识、基本理论的主要途径,是医学生成长为一名医生的必经之路。毕业实习质量如何,直接影响学生的实际工作能力和综合素质的培养,也是培养合格的医学人才的关键。如何提高毕业实习质量,应是我们不断研究的问题。

With medical developments and changes,people strongly expect to raise ＂good doctors＂ who have reverence for life concept,diagnosis and treatment on the position of the patient.Medicine is a very practical subject,teaching practice is an important stage for post-graduate of medical colleges .It helps students not only to grow as doctors but also step into society. So,the quality of graduate training,directly affect the student＇s actual ability to work and the overall quality of the training.
