苏子降气汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作期40例

Effect of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察苏子降气汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的临床疗效。方法采用半随机单盲法将80例患者分为2组,治疗组40例在西医常规治疗的基础上,给予中药苏子降气汤加减治疗;对照组40例给予西医常规治疗。结果治疗组40例中临床控制18例,显效14例,有效3例,无效5例,总有效率87.50%;对照组40例中临床控制15例,显效14例,有效4例,无效7例,总有效率82.50%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善肺通气功能及提高动脉血氧分压水平上明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苏子降气汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重疗效显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of suzi jiangqi decoction combined with western medicine on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods It was a Quasi-randomized single-blind experiment。80 cases of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into the treatment group （40 cases） and the contrast group （40 cases）.the treatment group was treated by Suzi jiangqi decoction and western medicine and the contrast group was treated by the normal western medicine. Results In the treatment group, 19 cases were clinical controlled, 13 cases were remarkable effect. 9 cases were effect and 2 cases invalidation。The total effective ratio was 88.89%, In the contrast group, 10 cases were clinical controlled, 10 cases were remarkable effect, 9 cases were effect and 7 cases invalidation. Th e total effective ratio was 55.56%. The total effective ratio of two groups had significant diference （P0.05）. The pulmonary ventilation function and arterial partial pressure of oxygen was improved significantly in the treatment group compare with the contrast group （P0.05）. Moreover, the partial pressure carbon dioxide artery was declined significantly in the treatment group （P0.05）. Condusion Combination of suzi jiangqi decoction and western medicine has good effect on treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
