摘要
目的制备大豆苷元-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物并考察其表观性质。方法采用正交试验优化大豆苷元-羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)包合物的制备工艺,通过电镜扫描、红外、X射线衍射考察包合物表观性质,并测定了包合物的粒径分布。结果最佳制备工艺为∶HP-β-CD和大豆苷元摩尔比1∶1、温度控制为45℃、包合时间为4 h、HP-β-CD浓度为10%,形成的包合物表观形态好,粒径分布均匀。结论此工艺适合于大豆苷元-HP-β-CD包合物的制备。
Objective To prepare the daidzein-hydropropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex and determine its apparent properties.Methods The optimum processing of inclusion complex was determined by orthogonal design method.The apparent properties of inclusion complex were identified by SEM,IR,and X-ray diffraction,and its particle size was also determined.Results The optimum preparation conditions of inclusion complex were established as follows: the proportion of daidzein and hydropropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD) was 1∶1,the inclusion temperature was 45 ℃,the inclusion time was 4 h,and the concentration of HP-β-CD was 10%.The particle of the inclusion complex had uniform shape and the particle was well-distributed.Conclusion The method can be used to prepare the daidzein-HP-β-CD inclusion complex.
