摘要
本文报道应用前肩峰成形术治疗肩峰撞击综合征12例,手术切除肩峰前下部,肩峰下滑囊,取得满意效果。文中讨论了病因、诊断及其手术治疗的临床意义等。
Twelve cases of impingementsyndrome of the acromion were re-ported. Satisfactroy results wereachieved by resection of the antero-inferior portion of the acromionand infra-acromial bursa. The etio-logy, diagnosis, and the clinical im-portance of the operative treatmentwere discussed.
