摘要
目的:建立中成药金赤苓胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用ShimadzuC18(4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05mol/LKH2PO4(用磷酸调节pH=2.5)(27:73)为流动相,流速1.0ml/分,于265nm波长处测定。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.072～0.360μg范围内,均与相应的峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为95.958%,RSD为1.646%(n=5)。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于本制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Berberine hydrochloride in Jinchiling Capsules. Methods： Shimadzu C18 column （4.6mm×250mm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0. 05mol/L KH2PO4 （ adjusted to pH 2. 5 with phosphoric acid） （ 27 ： 73 ）, flow rate was 1.0ml/min, the detection was 265nm. Results ：The linear range of Berberine hydrochloride was 0. 072 - 0. 360？ g （r = 0.9997 ）, the average recovery was 95. 958% ,RSD=0. 646% （n =5）. Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Jin-chiling Capsules.
