摘要
目的:探讨儿童紫癜性肾炎的临床特征、治疗及预后。方法:对小儿肾病科诊治的20例紫癜性肾炎的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经综合治疗,临床治愈12例,7例有效,无效1例,总有效率95%。结论:儿童紫癜性肾炎预后与病理分级相关,早期诊断、及时治疗大部分患者预后较好。
Objective： To explore the clinical features, treatment and prognosis of henocb - schonlein purprura nephritis （HSPN）. Methods： 20 children with HSPN collected from September 2009 to September 2010 in the division of nephrosis were reviewed ret-rospectively. Results ： 12 cases were cured,7 cases got better and 1 case were invalid. The effective power were 95%. Conclusions ：The prognosis of HSPN correlates with pathology grades. The turnover of the most of children is good if diagnose and therapy promptly
