后腹腔镜肾切除术治疗无功能肾积水32例

目的:探讨后腹腔镜肾切除术治疗无功能肾积水的临床应用价值。方法:回顾和总结32例后腹腔镜肾切除术治疗无功能肾积水的临床资料。结果:32例手术成功,手术时间70～180分钟,平均110分钟,术中术后未输血。结论:后腹腔镜肾切除术是一种安全、有效、可靠的微创治疗方法,为无功能肾积水的手术治疗提供了一条新的途径。

Objctive： To discuss the clinical application of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy. Method： 32 cases of retroperitoneal laparoseopic nephrectomy for non - functioning kidney with hydronephrosis were reviewed. Result： The operations of 32 cases were performed successfully. The operation time was 70 - 180min （ mean ： 110min）. Conclusions ： Retroperitoneal laparoscopic ne-phreetomy appear to be a safe and effective minimally invasive method,and it provides a priginal approach for the treatment of non - functioning kidney with hydronephrosis.
