摘要
目的:应用二维灰阶血流成像技术(B-Flow)探讨其对先天性椎动脉发育不良致椎动脉型颈椎病的诊断意义。方法:采用LOGIQ7对530例拟诊为椎动脉型颈椎病患者(其中55例先天性椎动脉发育不良)应用B-Flow技术进行椎动脉检查,记录双侧椎动脉走行、内膜厚度及内部回声,观察椎动脉血流充盈情况,并测量椎动脉内径、血流速度及血流量。结果:患侧与健侧比较,椎动脉内径及血流量明显低于健侧,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用B-Flow技术能更有效地评价先天性椎动脉发育不良,对先天性椎动脉发育不良致椎动脉型颈椎病有更快捷准确的诊断意义。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of B - flow technique on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type ( CSA ) result from congenital hypoplasia of vertebral artery. Method: In this paper, we introduce Logiq 7 color Doppler which uses B - flow technique to examine bilateral vertebral artery in 530 cases of patients with CSA ( include 55cases of patients with congenital hy-poplasia of vertebral artery) , in order to record anatomical position, intima - media wall thickness and internal echo of vertebral artery, Observe blood flow of vertebral artery, measure inside diameter,blood flow velocity, blood flow volume of vertebral artery. Result:Comparing contralateral with affected vertebral artery, the differences of inside diameter,blood flow volume were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions: It can be seen that it is an effective way to detect congenital hypoplasia of vertebral artery by B -flow technique ,which have more rapid and precise diagnostic valve on CSA result from congenital hypoplasia of vertebral artery.
