摘要
目的:探讨手足口病突发性流行传染病的应急管理与护理措施。方法:对234例手足口病患者采取的护理干预和加强管理等相关资料进行了回顾性分析。结果:经积极治疗和护理,225例患儿治愈出院,9例死亡;平均留观和住院时间为5.2±2.6天。结论:掌握手足口病突发性流行传染病的护理要点,加强护理人员的专业技术培训,及时规范流程和准确分诊,可有效控制手足口病疫情的扩散,从而明显提高治愈率,降低其死亡率。
Objective：Of hand foot and mouth disease emergency management and care measures. Method： Of 234 eases hand foot and mouth disease care management and other data were analyzed retrospectively. Resuits：225 cases of patients cured,9 patients died. Conclusion： Strengthen nursing and technical training, standardized procedures, accurate triage,which can effectively control the spread of hand, foot and mouth disease epidemic, improve cure rate.
