基于“大医精诚”理念的基础护理学教学改革探讨

Exploration of teaching reform based on the concept of "excellent medical skills,noble medical ethics" in Fundamentals of Nursing

探索基于＂大医精诚＂理念的基础护理学教学模式,以提高我校护理专业学生的培养质量,保证＂扩招质不减＂。从＂精＂＂诚＂两条主线出发,通过充分发挥环境育人、人文素质教育的课堂渗透及开展多样的人文教育活动,全面提高学生的护德情操和护士职业素养;通过改革教学及考核方法、全程开放实验室、增加临床见习等全面提高学生的专业知识水平和护理操作技能。基于＂大医精诚＂理念的基础护理学教学改革,提高了我校护理专业学生的职业＂精诚＂,增加了学生的专业依从性和就业竞争力。

In order to improve teaching quality of nursing students while increasing enrollment,we implemented teaching reform based on the concept of ＂excellent medical skills,noble medical ethics＂ in the course of Fundamentals of Nursing.The reform started with two lines of ＂fine＂ and ＂sincerity＂,and the measures included the following：enhancing nursing students＇ professional ethics and vocational accomplishment through playing environmental education thoroughly,infiltration education of humane quality in teaching process,and a variety of humanistic education activities.Enhancing the students＇ professional knowledge level and nursing skills through reforming teaching methods and examination way,opening laboratory fully and increasing clinical apprentice.As a result,the nursing students enhanced vocational ＂fine＂ and ＂sincerity＂,improved professional compliance and employment competitive.
