摘要
目的运用多学科视角分析在校护理专业学生的就业期望状况,以对其提供针对性的就业指导。方法便利抽取640名护理专业学生为对象,采用自行设计的问卷对其就业期望状况进行调查,并从经济学、心理学、社会学、文化学、信息学的角度分析结果。结果护理专业学生在稳定取向、经济取向、发展取向、兴趣取向、家庭取向、地域取向及环境取向7个维度的得分分别为(4.49±0.68)分、(4.18±0.55)分、(4.09±0.73)分、(4.09±0.63)分、(3.89±0.88)分、(3.81±0.69)分及(3.64±0.61)分。护理本科生的就业期望值高于大专生,高年级学生的就业期望高于低年级学生。结论护理专业学生就业期望较高,这与多因素有关,应采用多种策略解决这一问题。
Objective To analyze the employment expectation of nursing students from a multi-disciplinary perspective to provide a reference for their employment guidance.Methods Totally 640 nursing students were selected by a convenience sampling method.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students' employment expectation.The results were analyzed from the perspective of economy,psychology,sociology,culture and information.Results The dimension score of stable orientation,economic orientation,development orientation,interest orientation,family orientation,regional orientation and environmental orientation was 4.49±0.68,4.18±0.55,4.09±0.73,4.09±0.63,3.89±0.88,3.81±0.69 and 3.64±0.61 respectively.The employment expectation of undergraduate nursing students was higher than that of associate degree nursing students.The employment expectation of the students in senior grades was higher than that of the students in junior grades.Conclusions The nursing students have higher employment expectation,which is correlated with many factors.The measures should be implemented to solve this problem.
