临床护理教师有效教学行为特征的质性研究 被引量:13

Effective clinical teaching behavioral characteristics as perceived by clinical preceptors:a qualitative study

摘要 目的探讨澳门特别行政区及广东省广州市临床护理教师对有效教学行为特征的看法。方法采用质性研究方法,在澳门2所医院及广州市3所教学医院,抽取临床护理教师20名,以非结构武问题深度访谈、录音加现场笔记等形式收集资料,以内容分析法对资料进行分析。结果资料分析将临床护理教师有效教学行为特征归纳为5类:临床经验与专业技能;个人意愿;教学技巧;角色模范;人际技巧与个性特征。结论澳门与广州市的临床护理教师对有效教学行为特征的看法基本一致,"个人意愿"是本研究独特的结果;其他类别虽然与现存研究报道类似,但每个类别所指含义及所包含的内容在某种程度上存在差异。 Objective To explore the perceptions of Macao and Guangzhou metropolis clinical preceptors on effective clinical teaching behavioral characteristics.Methods A qualitative research design was adopted,and a "snowballing" sampling method was used to recruit 20 clinical preceptors.Data were collected by using audio-taped individual interviews,and a content analysis was conducted.Results The clinical preceptors' clinical teaching behavioral characteristics included five categories:experience and expertise in the clinical field,desire to take preceptor's role,teaching skills,being role model,and interpersonal skills and personality traits.Conclusion The perceptions of Macao and Guangzhou metropolis preceptors on effective clinical teaching behavioral characteristics are basically same."A desire to take preceptor's role" is the unique finding of this study,and the other categories are consistent with existing studies,while the contents in each category are different.
