摘要
目的调查杭州市护理本科毕业生的就业价值取向及其影响因素。方法自行设计问卷,对杭州市5所医学院校的150名护理本科应届毕业生进行调查。结果 76.00%的毕业生选择护士职业,10.66%选择护理教师职业。88.00%选择到东南沿海城市就业。职业价值的评价标准以实现自我价值(50.00%)和薪酬福利好(40.67%)为主。毕业生择业决策受父母影响最大(52.00%),其次受教师影响(11.33%),以及父母、教师、同学的综合影响(31.33%)。结论实现自我价值和薪酬福利是护理本科毕业生择业时考虑的首要因素,对就业地域及单位的选择注重自身发展和自我价值的实现,父母和教师在他们择业时起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the value orientation of employment in baccalaureate nursing students in Hangzhou and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the value orientation of employment and its influencing factors among 150 baccalaureate nursing graduates in five medical colleges in Hangzhou.Results As a result,76.00 percent and 10.66 percent of the graduates chose nurses and nursing teachers as their occupations,respectively. Among them,88.00 percent chose east-south cities as their employment regions.The evaluation standard of occupation value was realization of self-value(50.00 percent) and income benefits(40.67 percent).The graduates' employment decision was influenced by their parents(52.00 percent),teachers(11.33 percent),and comprehensive factors from parents,teachers and classmates(31.33 percent).Conclusions Nursing graduates firstly consider the self-value realization and income benefits in their employment,and they pay attention to own development and the realization of self-value when considering the region and institution of their employment.Parents and teachers have an important influence on nursing graduates' choice of employment.
