摘要
经典胜任特征建模法和胜任特征核检表建模法相结合构建的新疆领导干部胜任特征模型,由能力特征和心理特征两部分构成。其中能力特征包括战略思维、沟通协调、组织管理、领导能力、决策能力等九项特征;心理特征包括创新性、诚信度等八项特征。经检验模型拟合良好,信效度高。
Competent leader quality models in Xinjiang are made up of the classic competence model and competence check table. The competence comprises ability quality and psychological quality -- ability quality includes nine items such as strategic thinking, communication and coordination, organization and management, leadership, decision-making; psychological quality includes eight items such as innovation and credibility. Upon examination, the model fits well, and its faith and validity is high.
