摘要
民族团结教育是公民教育的重要组成部分,随着社会发展变迁特别是思想观念的变化,既有的民族团结教育模式面临着新问题、新挑战。文章以高等学校民族团结教育为例,以教育的智力因素和非智力因素的统一作为视角,对高校民族团结教育的理论、思想、过程、模式、手段、结果等进行审视,提出高校民族团结教育应重视智力因素和非智力因素有机统一的观点,认为非智力因素的开发和培养应成为民族团结教育不容忽视的途径和手段,初步探讨高校民族团结教育的非智力因素理念的研究和实践问题。
National unity education plays a vital role in civil education. With the rapid social changes, especially the changes of ideas, the present mode of national unity education meets new challenges. Taking both intellectual and non-intellectual factors in education into consideration, this paper puts forward that national unity education in universities should attach great importance to the integral unity of both intellectual and non-intellectual factors by studying the relevant theories, ideas, processes, modes, methods and results of national unity education. It further stresses that the cultivation of non-intellectual factors should be our primary concern in national unity education. In a word, this paper explores the researches and application of non-intellectual factors in national unity education in universities.
