日间病房癌症患者和家属健康教育需求调查

Investigation on demands of health education on cancer patients and families in intra day ward

目的探讨日间病房癌症患者和家属的健康教育需求。方法采用自行设计的量表对105例日间病房化疗患者和家属进行调查。结果日间病房癌症患者和家属对护理健康教育有广泛的需求，但是需求程度有所不同。院外紧急情况指导迫切需要最为突出，其次是药物不良反应指导、用药指导、饮食、休息和功能锻炼、心理指导等方面。在健康教育形式上，最受欢迎的健康教育形式是医院自行编制的针对日间病房的科普手册、与医护人员交谈和病友交流。结论日间病房癌症患者和家属有着广泛的护理健康教育需求，应采取针对性的护理健康教育，提高癌症患者的自理能力及生活质量。

Objective To discuss the demands of health education on cancer patients and faimilies in intra day ward. Methods By serf- designed questionnaire 105 cancer patients and their families were investigated. Results Nursing health education was comprehensively demanded by cancer patients and families in intra day ward. However, the urgent degree of each demand was different. Outside hospital emergency instruction was demanded most urgently, followed by drug adverse reaction instruction, drug usage instruction, diet instruction, rest and exercises instruction, psychological counseling, Most welcomed health education methods included special propaganda hand- books, interviews with doctors and nurses and communication with fellow patients. Conclusions Nursing health education was comprehensively and especially demanded by cancer patients and families in intra day ward. The argeted nursing health education should be adopted to enhance cancer patlents＇self - care ability and quality of llfe.
