氧气湿化瓶集中化消毒供应的探讨

目的加强医院氧气湿化瓶的消毒管理。方法对氧气湿化瓶的清洗、消毒进行集中化处理，由供应科专业人员对氧气湿化瓶进行清洗、消毒、包装。结果加强医院氧气湿化瓶的消毒管理，细菌培养合格率由集中化处理前的45．6％上升为100％，大大提高了氧气湿化瓶的清洗、消毒质量。结论通过对氧气湿化瓶进行中心化清洗、消毒，规范化管理，保证了清洗、消毒的质量，更加符合了医院感染的要求，对控制因氧气湿化瓶污染而引起的医院感染有积极意义，同时大大减少了临床护士的工作量，充分体现了消毒供应中心的工作职能。

Objective To strengthen sterilization management of oxygen humidifier bottles. Methods The desning and disinfection of oxygen wet bottles were intensively, professionally treated. Results Through strengthening sterilization management of oxysen humidifier bottles, the percent of pass was increased from 45. 6% to 100%. Conclusions Through strengthening sterilization management of oxygen humidifier bottles, the quality of cleaning and disinfection are improved, so as to ensure the quality requirements more in line with hospital infection and reduces the clinical nurses＇workload.
