论院外急救在温州“7．23”动车事故伤员救治中的表现及作用

Evaluation on the performance of pre-hospital emergency services in Wenzhou ＂7.23＂ high speed train incident

目的总结温州“7．23”动车事故伤员院前救治的成功经验，为今后类似重大突发事故伤员的救治提供借鉴作用。方法回顾本次动车事故院外医疗机构有序、高效的组织开展伤员医疗救治工作，分析各阶段的主要做法和特点。结果根据重大事故伤员救治分阶段开展工作。第一阶段为院外医疗包括接警、调度救护车辆和现场伤员处置；第二阶段伤员转送；第三阶段院外与院内实现无缝交接，伤员及时、快速被转往医院收治。结论温州“7．23”动车事故伤员救治中，院外急救工作出色，“急”、“救”特点表现突出，对伤员成功救治发挥了重要作用。

Objective To summarize the satisfactory pre-hospital services provided in Wenzhou ＂7.23＂ high speed train incident, and furnish it as valuable reference. Methods The orderly and efficient pre-hospital medical services in the incident were retrospectively reviewed. The major work and the features reflected in different phases in the incident were analyzed. Results Guided by the principal of treatment to wounded, the different medical service was unfolded phases by phase-dispatching and on-site rescue and treatments provided in first phase, transferring in second phase, and seamless connection in pre-hospital and in-hospital medical services in third phase which resulted in a timely treatments the wounded received. Conclusion ＂fast action and effective treatment＂ was demonstrated in the pre-hospital services provided in Wenzhou ＂7.23＂ high speed train incident which revealed its significance in the mission of saving lives.
