摘要
目的探讨护理干预对鼻内镜术后填塞纳吸棉患者换药时心理状态临床效果。方法选择60例鼻内镜术后患者，随机分两组，对照组为膨胀海绵填塞组（A组）、实验组为纳吸棉（Naso Pore）填塞组（B组）并实施护理干预，比较两组术后临床效果观察及心理状态差异。结果B组在抽除填塞物后患者对填塞物取出的恐惧程度、换药时间、耐受程度，均显著好于A组（均P〈0．05）。结论实施有效护理干预可显著提高鼻内镜术后纳吸棉填塞效果，减轻患者术后换药的心理恐慌。
Objective To observe mental state of nursing care on patients with packing degradable NasoPore（~ nasal dressing after functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Sixty patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into swelling sponge group （group A） and NasoPore with nursing care group （group B）. The clinical effect and their mental state of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Group B responded with less fear and discomfort on packing degradable NasoPore Nasal dressing after functional endoscopic sinus surgery than group A （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing care may help reduce patients＇ fear and discomfort to NasoPore based stuffing.
