摘要
文章以电力营销服务质量管理体系的构建为研究对象,针对相关问题展开了细致的讨论和分析。文章首先阐述了电力营销服务质量管理体系的总要求,然后对电力营销服务管理体系的工作流程进行了细致全面的描述,最后阐述了服务质量管理体系具体实现过程。
Based on the research object of constructing the service quality management system of electric power marketing, this article makes detailed discussion and analysis on the related problem. The article first elaborated the requirements from service quality management system of electric power marketing, and made a comprehensive and detailed description on workflow for service management system of the electric power marketing, finally elaborated the implementation process of service quality management system.
