以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂、铝酸钠为铝源、硅酸钠为硅源、用水热合成法制备了不同硅铝比的Al-MCM-41分子筛,负载不同金属离子对其改性,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、N2气吸附等方法对其进行了表征。同时,考察了Al-MCM-41(80)负载不同金属离子作为吸附剂对模拟汽油的脱硫性能。结果表明,Al-MCM-41(80)在353 K时的脱硫效果最好;负载金属离子Fe3+、Ni2+、Zn2+、Cu2+、Co2+、Ce3+的脱硫效果顺序为:Ni2+>Co2+>Zn2+>Fe3+>Ce3+>Cu2+;芳烃的加入降低了分子筛对噻吩的选择性。
Al-MCM-41 adsorbents with different Si/Al molar ratios are synthesized by a hydrothermal treatment according to the method reported elsewhere. In this paper, cetyltrimethyl ammoniumbromide is used as a template agent, and sodium aluminate and sodium silicate are used as aluminum source and silicon source, respectively. Al-MCM-41 adsorbents are modified by loading different metal ions such as Fe, Ni, Zn, Cu, Co and Ce. The adsorbents are characterized by means of X-ray diffraction and N2 adsorption isotherm. The results indicate that Al-MCM-41 (80) at 353 K has the biggest adsorption capacity. The adsorption capacity of the modified adsorbents is found to follow the order: Ni 〉 Co 〉 Zn 〉 Fe 〉 Ce 〉 Cu. The addition of aromatic hydrocarbon reduces the selectivity of the adsorbents.
