摘要
在装填ZSM-5沸石分子筛SHY-DL催化剂的500 mL固定床装置上,考察了反应温度对C4芳构化气相产物生成规律的影响,采用美国KBR公司的实验室热裂解装置对气相产物中的C3、C4组分LPG进行了裂解评价,结果表明,反应温度从340℃升高到360℃,热裂化反应加剧,干气和LPG产物收率分别增加1.05%和3.11%,LPG产物裂解的双烯收率可以达到46.71%,是优质的乙烯裂解原料。
The influence of reaction temperature aromatization in the 500 mL static bed filled with ZSM-5 on the generation rules of gaseous phase products of C4 zeolite SHY-DL was studied. The component of C3 and C4 in LPG was evaluated by the pyrolysis equipment of KBR company of USA. The results show that when the reaction temperature increases from 320℃ to 400℃ ,the yields of dry gas and product LPG increase by 1.05% and 3. 11% , respectively. The yields of two type olefin can reach 46.71% ,which is the high quality of pyrolysis raw material.
