摘要
创新能力培养是研究生教育的主要目的，也是评价研究生教育质量的根本标准。本文针对山东大学齐鲁医院科学学位博士研究生学位论文课题来源及发表SCI论文情况，分析了医学博士研究生创新能力培养的相关因素，进而围绕提高研究生创新能力培养的主题，对加强导师队伍建设、提供坚实研究基础、加强国际交流与合作、促进学科建设与研究生培养良性互动等相关问题进行了探讨。
Cultivation of innovative ability is not only the main purpose of postgraduate education, but also the fundamental criteria of evaluating the education quality. The authors investigated the source of the researching programs for medical scientific-degree doctors and the papers published in SCI in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University. To improve the innovative capacity of medical doctors, relevant factors were discussed, such as strengthening the supervising faculty, providing the solid research platform for postgraduates, enhancing international exchange and cooperation, and benign interactions between subject construction and postgraduate cultivation.
