Disscussions on the construction and management of vertical class in graduates

本文作者首先介绍了研究生纵向班级管理模式的内涵，继而结合北京大学公共卫生学院流行病与卫生统计学系研究生班在实施研究生纵向班级管理模式改革5年期间所作的多方面的尝试，探讨了研究生纵向班级建设与管理中的关键点。

Starting from the connotation of management model in vertical postgraduate class, this paper makes some disscussions on the key points in construction and management of vertical classes, based on our experience over the last five years of graduate class in Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, School of Public Health, Peking University.
