住院医师规范化培训中实施统一临床技能综合考核的实践

Practice on uniform certification exam of residency training

上海交通大学医学院近年来开展了医学院校统一管理附属医院住院医师规范化培训工作的试点，并由学校统一组织实施阶段性临床技能综合考核，考核组织规范，内容紧密围绕临床实践，重点放在考核住院医师的临床综合能力，考核形式包括理论笔试、心电图和医学影像学读片、病例分析面试、临床操作等四大部分。统一规范的考核对提高住院医师规范化培训质量起到了积极的推进作用。

Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine （SJTUSM） overseed all residency programs sponsored by the affiliated hospitals. Certification exam was organized by SJTUSM. Key of the certification exam was clinical skill, which includes paper test, electrocardiogram and imaging, oral examination and clinical operation. It greatly improve the quality of residency programs in our affiliated hospitals.
