摘要
2009年8月,杭州市江干区报告了一起跨省旅游团的食物中毒,32名游客有10人发病,罹患率为31.2%。采集的10份病例肛拭,均检出O4:K8血清型副溶血性弧菌,其中5份肛拭同时检出O3:K6血清型副溶血性弧菌。两种血清型的副溶血性弧菌tdh毒力基因均为阳性。脉冲场凝胶电泳分型显示,同一血清型的菌株为高度相似克隆,同一样本不同血清型的菌株为不同克隆。
In August 2009,a food poisoning event occurred in Jianggan district in Hangzhou,Ten people in a tourist group with 32 members were affected,the attack rate was 31.2%.The anal swabs were collected from 10 patients and O4：K8 Vibrio parahaemolyticu was detected,meanwhile O3： K6 Vibrio parahaemolyticu was detected in 5 of 10 samples.The toxin gene tdh was detected in Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains in two serotypes.PFGE typing showed that strains of the same serotype were highly similar,but the strains of different serotypes in a same sample were different clones.
