There is a gap between the blueprints of building an innovative country and educational situation of undertaking an impor- tant mission. The important reason of lag teaching contents, teaching forms and teaching methods is that educational philosophy and concepts are out of date. Moreover, the important step of teaching reform is to change ideas and traditional classroom teaching forms and methods.
