男性医学生妇产科学专业取向分析

An analysis on the male medics＇ major choice of gynecology and obstetrics

目的了解近年男性医学生对于妇产科学专业取向状况及顾虑。方法对54名临床医学专业见习学生进行问卷调查。结果在对妇产科学见习的目的、妇产科学学习的重要性的认识方面男女学生无统计学差异（P=1．000，P=0．202）。男学生对妇产科学感兴趣的程度小于女学生（P=0．012）。与女学生相比，男学生更不希望从事妇产科学（P=0．009）。男学生不愿从事妇产科的主要原因集中在：女患者拒绝男医师诊治（84．0％），社会上存在的偏见（60．O％），自觉难堪（52．O％），以及对自己个性、生活和家庭的影响（40．0％），而并没有过分担心妇产科工作的辛苦、风险和收入。结论男学生对妇产科学的学习态度很好。传统观念现在仍然对男学生从事妇产科学专业有着极大的负面影响，在妇产科学教学中应当从思想认识上消除男学生的学习顾虑，保证学习效果。

Objective To analyze the present situation of male medics＇ major choice on gynaecology and obstetrics. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on 5,1. medics of medical professional. Results There was no difference on the learning goals of male and female medics （P = 1. 000）. And they all considered gynaecology and obstetrics as one of the most important subjects （P = 0. 202）. The male showed less interests on the subject than female （P = O. 012）. To compare with the female, the male did not wish to engage to the subject due to the traditional concepts （P = 0. 009 ）. Conclusions The attitudes to learning gynaecology and obstetrics of male medics were positive. But the traditional concepts stopped them from engage to the subject. We can adopt many measures to conquer it.
