Application of the unity of knowing and doing opening teaching model in the course ofcommunication psychology

将“知行合一”开放性教学模式运用于交际心理学选修课程的教学中，着力培养大学生的人际交往能力。通过精选教学内容，精心设计教学过程，采用多样化的教学方法和手段，做到学用结合；以“学习共同体”为支持平台，有效地将课堂教学延伸到课外。实践证明，交际心理学教学中应用“知行合一”开放性教学模式，可以促进学生人际交往能力的提高，受到了学生的喜爱和普遍认可。

This paper introduces the application of ＂the unity of knowing and doing＂ the opening teaching model in optional course communication psychology and focuses on the cultivation of students＇ people skill. By careful selection of teaching contents and elaborate design the teaching process, combining knowledge and practice is achieved with various teaching methods and means; backed with ＂community of learners＂, class teaching can be effectively extended to outside of class. It is proved that this teaching model wins appeal and wide recognition among students, and improves students＇ interpersonal relations.
