摘要
妇产科学是一门专业性和实践性很强的临床学科,见习教学是妇产科学教学中必不可少的环节。现阶段,妇产科学临床见习教学面临着前所未有的困难,积极取得患者的配合非常重要。带教教师应当注重医学生的医学伦理学教育,提前做好对患者的人文关怀,加强与患者的沟通交流,与患者讨论和商定见习教学内容,动员患者积极参与到妇产科学临床见习教学中来,鼓励患者向见习医学生提出有关自己所患疾病的各种问题,实现见习过程中患者与医学生之间的交流互动。实践证明,“以患者问题为基础的临床见习教学方法”既调动了医学生的学习主动性,又激发了患者参与临床见习教学的兴趣,对于提高妇产科学临床见习教学质量具有重要的意义。
As a professional and practicing science, clinical probation teaching is an essential stage in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Under the current situation, clinical probation teaching of obstetrics and gynecology is facing more difficulty than before, so how to obtain the assistances of patients is very important. We attempted to stress medical ethics education, pay more attention to care of patients and discuss the content of clinical probation teaching with patients, encouraged patients to take part in clinical probation teaching more positively, ask more questions about their diseases to the medical students ; enhanced the communication between the patients and the medical students. The teaching method of "problem proposed by patient based clinical probation teaching" is able to inspire patients' and students" interests, and enhance students' abilities so as to improve the teaching quality of obstetrics and gynecology.
