摘要
免疫学检验这门课程的实验部分多年来沿袭着经典的实验内容和教学模式,但与临床脱节,教学效果不佳。武汉大学医学检验系免疫学教研室尝试让学生去医院检验科见习,并要求学生搜集资料,以演讲的形式分享见习所得。这种方法调动了学生学习的积极性和主动性,达到了预期的效果。
During the last several years, the experimental course of immunology inspection has been nearly all the same in contents and teaching methods, which are out of line with the clinical technology, and consequently has a weak effect. The teaching and research section of Department of Medical Laboratory Science in Wuhan University made the undergraduate attend probation in the clinical laboratory as part of this course. After that, they were asked to collect related material to make a speech and share their acquirement. In this way, the students' enthusiasm and initiative were mobilized and the original goal was reached as well.
