摘要
医学检验专业主要包括临床微生物学与微生物检验、临床免疫学与免疫检验、临床生物化学与检验等主干课程,但长期以来各课程均独立开展实验课教学,存在部分实验内容重复,各学科间有机结合不够,学生对医学检验专业理论知识掌握和实验技能培训不连贯等问题。本文对检验医学各主干课程的实验课内容进行深入调研,寻找出彼此间重叠的实验内容与项目,重新整合设计出横跨医学检验专业主干课程的“三性”实验项目,并进行初步的教学实践与分析,为医学检验专业实验课的教学改革奠定了工作基础。
Experimental teaching had been carried out separately in every main courses of laboratory medicine for a long time, which led to repeated teaching in experimental contents, absence of connection in main courses and bad coherence between theory study and experimental skill practice for students of laboratory medicine. In this study, we investigated repeated experimental contents from every main courses in laboratory medicine and design new comprehensive " three properties" experiments. The practice of these "three properties" experiments will establish a good basement for reform of experimental teching in laboratory medicine.
