推进住院医师规范化培训改革临床医学研究生教育

Carry out residence training and reform the graduate education in clinical medicine

本文介绍了上海市2010年实施的住院医师规范化培训的培训目标、培训对象、培训医院和培训要求；提出在住院医师规范化培训全覆盖背景下，必须根据规范化培训“3＋x”模式，改革临床医学招生、培养和学位授予标准；在梳理我国临床医学教育学制、学位类型和学位层次的基础上，围绕临床医学研究生教育改革方案，特别是上海临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育综合改革试点方案进行了深入讨论。

This paper introduced residence training targets, trainees, training hospitals and training requirements in Shanghai. It proposed that, against the background of wide-ranging coverage of residence training , it was necessary to reform the degree system of clinical medicine and revise the clinical medical professional degree conferring criteria in accordance with the ＂3 ＋ X＂ residence training model. On the basis of reviewing the school years, degree types and degree levels of the clinical medical education in China, it held in-depth discussion revolving around the key points of the implementation of the clinical medical graduate education reform draft.
