摘要
本文就中法医学教育体系中医生的培养、医院管理人员的培训、护士和助理护士的培训进行了比较。我们可以借鉴法国医学教育的经验，建立和完善我国的医学教育体系，为进一步加强医院管理、为公众提供满意的医疗服务提供人力资源的保证。
The aim of this study was to compare the medical education program, the training system of doctors, directors, nurses and health care assistants of hospital in France and China. The medical training system has played an important role in health care and hospital services. This information will be used to improve the medical training system in China.
